Features of distance learning of students during a pandemic: gender aspect

During the self-isolation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, all universities were forced to switch to distance learning, therefore difficulties arose associated with the rapid adaptation of the educational process to new conditions: inoperative sites, Internet interruptions, and other technical problems. Over time, thanks to the numerous works of specialists, the system started working steadily, students successfully passed the exams and defended their diplomas. The article presents the results of a study of students’ activities characteristics in the form of distance learning during a pandemic, conducted among BMSTU students. Particular attention is paid to the gender aspect.
