The problem of determining the position and stability of the Lagrange points (libration points) in the Sun –Venus system is examined in order to study the possibility of forming an orbital system for exploring the Venusian atmosphere. To solve this problem, the positions of the corresponding libration points were found, and the stability of the spacecraft (SC) motion at such points was determined. The search for libration points in the Sun – Venus system is based on their physical meaning. To test the stability, the Lyapunov method was used. Moreover, the mathematical model of the spacecraft motion at the libration point is preliminary linearized by the small parameter method.
