The article is devoted to the intercorrelation of reproductive rights with constitutional rights and freedoms of a person and citizen, namely, the identification of reproductive rights in the articles of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Moreover, we study enforcement of the right to additional methods of artificial reproduction in different countries.
