Concept and prospects of electronic judicial case

An assessment of the use of the electronic format of the trial was carried out, the concept of an electronic court case was defined, and problems were identified that affect the ability of participants in legal proceedings to use this format in resolving disputes. Scientific interest in the problems of using digital technologies in legal proceedings is undeniable. The provisions of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, which secure the right to use computer technologies in civil proceedings, are given. Statistical data on court cases considered using digital and remote resources of the participants in disputes and the court were used. The conclusion is made about the prospects of an electronic court case in a civil process.
