Protection of intellectual property rights in the military-technical cooperation between the Russian Federation and foreign countries

The issues of protection of intellectual property rights in the military-technical cooperation between Russian Federation and foreign countries are considered. The measures taken by the state in terms
of amendments to the legislative framework regulating the use of intellectual property rights to protect the results of intellectual activity in the supply of military products abroad are analyzed. Examples of the organization of the protection of intellectual property rights by subjects of military-technical coop-eration are given. Based on the results of the analysis of the available information, conclusions are drawn about the interest of the state and subjects of military-technical cooperation in improving the tools for the protection of intellectual property rights within the military-technical cooperation between Russian Federation and foreign countries.
