The order of certification by a notary of Internet pages as electronic evidence in civil proceedings is investigated. It is shown that the information posted on the Internet is short-lived and can be deleted at any time by an unscrupulous participant in civil circulation. In this regard, the question arises about the prompt provision of electronic evidence through the preparation of a notary protocol for the inspection of Internet pages. The conclusion is formulated about the imperfection of the institution of notarization of electronic evidence, dictating the need to make additions to the Fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation on notaries. It is proposed to fix at the legislative level the algorithm of actions of a notary when inspecting Internet sites in order to provide admissible evidence for their further presentation in court.
