Notarial examination of the site is now a widespread type of proof in the exercise and protection of rights by citizens and organizations. The purpose of this work is to analyze the rules of law governing the use of a notarial examination of a site as evidence in legal proceedings, as well as to clarify the legal basis for such use. In addition, the paper considers the legal possibility of considering a notarial examination of a site as written or material evidence within the framework of civil procedural law, and highlights the key features of the description of the examination inherent in such an object of inspection as a site on the Internet.
