Judicial electronic document circulation and its practical application in the activities of a forensic expert in civil cases

The article considers expedient the introduction and further use for the purpose of electronic documentation of court cases, due to the recent increase in the volume of document circulation in legal proceedings of various judicial instances. This both facilitates the processing, storage and transmission of electronic documentation, and allows you to increase the degree of its protection from deliberate, malicious damage, forgery, loss, etc. In the professional activity of a forensic expert, electronic document management and the corresponding information systems built on its basis are used. The forensic expert works with both electronic documents and evidence in civil and other cases, as well as with case materials used in conducting a forensic examination.
