Often, when choosing electronic component, it is necessary to pay attention to the specifics of their application, as a result of which it is necessary to pay attention to parasitic inductances and capacitances, as well as intrinsic noise. The ideal model of passive components differs significantly from real models, that is especially noticeable when operating at high frequencies. Parasitic effects also depend on external factors, such as temperature. The work contains the main parasitic effects in such electronic components as: resistors, diodes, transistors, capacitors, as well as the mechanisms and conditions for their appearance. Constructive and circuitry methods of dealing with them, recommendations for the correct choice of the element base, depending on the conditions of working and using of the end devices are given
