Creating sections in Autodesk Inventor system

The article shows the work in the graphical environment of the computer-aided design system Autodesk Inventor and describes the commands for creating a part drawing and creating sections. Various methods for making a section of a part are considered for the case when it is necessary to designate a section. Particular attention is paid to the design of the part image combining half of the general view with half of the section using the "Crop" command in Autodesk Inventor’s computer-aided design system. The advantages and disadvantages of various methods for constructing part sections with the designation for the Autodesk Inventor graphic system in accordance with the requirements of the Unified Design Documentation System (ESKD) are shown.
