Comfort zone: a social and philosophical analysis

The article considers the issues related to the concept of a person's comfort zone, awareness stages and the reasons for leaving it. We expose the problems related to expanding the comfort zone boundaries. We supply useful exercises for developing a habit of leaving the comfort zone in any given situation.
