Creation of effective industrial corporate structures

The study examines the types and characteristics of different corporate structures that have a significant impact on the modern market economy. The article focuses on the corporate structures of oil industry. It also shows that the establishment of corporate structures allows enterprises to achieve the goals that were unattainable with independent operation.
