Communication competences of the project manager: comparative analysis of flexible and traditional project management methods

The relevance of a high level of requirements for the project manager is shown. The results of the analysis of soft and hard managerial skills are presented. The features of flexible and traditional project management methods are considered. A comparative analysis has been performed of the communication competencies of the implementation of flexible and traditional project management methods to identify key skills required by the project manager. A classification of communication competencies of managers who adhere to different project management methods is proposed. The article is addressed to specialists in the theory and practice of project and program management.
