Implementation of innovations in the human resources management system PJSC Novolipetsk steel

In the article there were analyzed the possibilities of a modern Russian industrial enterprise with a long history — PJSC Novolipetsk steel (PJSC NLMK) in terms of the implementation of innovations into the human resources management system. The basis for the study are the works of domestic and foreign researchers in the field of personnel management, innovation management, evaluation of the effectiveness of personnel processes. The conclusions of the empirical part of the study are based on the processing of local regulatory acts of PJSC NLMK, as well as on the interpretation of statistical data, allowing to evaluate the effectiveness of the constructed personnel management system in the enterprise. The research results consist in describing the innovations required to improve the efficiency of the personnel management system of PJSC NLMK, as well as in the socio-economic rationale for the implementation of the described innovations in the enterprise.
